Just forty-five minutes north of Puerto Vallarta are found the beautiful triplets of Mexico's west coast, Los Ayala, Rincon de Guayabitos and La Peñita de Jaltemba. Easily accessible by rental car, public bus, taxi or by arranging personal pick up at Puerto Vallarta airport, Los Ayala remains one of Mexico's best kept secrets.

Bus transportation is especially easy, with buses running every 20 minutes between the central bus terminal in Puerto Vallarta (close to the airport) and the bus depot at La Peñita de Jaltemba, the bustling town which provides many services for Los Ayala and Rincon de Guayabitos.

Bungalows Casa Rey lies nestled between the warm Pacific waters and the luxurious rolling hills of Los Ayala. Los Ayala is a "real Mexican" town that has kept it's quaint ways while still providing for the needs of the average tourist.

The beach in front of Bungalows Casa Rey is perhaps one of the area's best, with soft sand, warm waters, and an abundance of sun. You will find such things as fish/shrimp vendors, bars, beach front restaurants (dining in bare feet on the sand!), banana boats, para-sailing and more! Close by are stores at which one can purchase all sorts of supplies. Just over the hill, the door to Rincon de Guayabitos is open for your enjoyment. An abundance of excellent and affordable restaurants await to tempt your palate, while dozens of shops will provide a colorful array of clothing, shoes, bathing suits, Mexican art and souvenirs.
